History Adventure Camp is located at Wilton Family Lavender Farm on the historic Hartnell Ranch in Wilton, CA near Sacramento. The property has changed very little since the 1840s and is a lush natural setting in which to learn about California’s Pioneers and how they lived. Our programs adhere to Common Core State Standards (CCSS), including Natural History, California Indians, California Geography, How people lived, the events in which they participated and how they got to California.
